KfW IPEX-Bank provides financing for Hessian state laboratories in Kassel

Frankfurt am Main (ots) – KfW IPEX-Bank is providing financing for a
Interim construction financing for two state-of-the-art laboratory buildings for the federal state
Hesse in Kassel available. The Landesbetrieb Hessisches becomes the user
Landeslabor (LHL), the Hessian State Agency for Nature Conservation, Environment and Geology
(HLNUG) and Department 56 – Center for Product Safety and
hazardous substances of the regional council in Kassel and employ 250 people.
The previous locations of the three institutions will be in one location in the future
combined in the two new buildings.
The project volume is in the three-digit million range, with a planned
Construction time for both buildings of approx. six years. The state of Hesse has them

After completion of construction, the two buildings will at least meet the requirements
