Ostend wins first competition match with Van Rossom

Ostend won the victory easily and they partly owe this to Sam Van Rossom. After fifteen years abroad, the Ostend basketball player is once again part of the Ostend team. Van Rossom already played for the coastal team for three seasons and is now back with the team where it all started for him.

Career abroad

Van Rossom has been seen in Pesaro, Italy, for the past fifteen years. He also played three seasons at Spanish side Zaragoza and no less than ten years at Valencia. He won the Spanish title and the EuroCup twice.
