Ostend has a new accessibility plan

Some streets become pedestrian zones, while other streets change direction. According to the city, the new plan also benefits the traders, although they react a little more cautiously.

Luc Mangodt, Chairman of Ostend Center Management: “For traders, this plan means that the city center will be more easily accessible, at least we hope so. We’re going to see that now. Everything will start on June 8 and then we will see what happens, which points are good, which points still need to be improved.”
