OSCE observer mission member killed in Kharkiv
A member of the monitoring mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has been killed in an attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkov, the organization reports on its website.
The woman was killed “while shopping for her family in a city that has become a war zone,” the organization said in a statement.
OSCE has been monitoring mission in eastern Ukraine since 2014. The observers are monitoring the ceasefire concluded between pro-Russian separatists and Ukrainian soldiers, especially in eastern Ukraine. It is the largest security mission in OSCE history.
