OSCE Chairman Zbigniew Rau will visit Moscow next week, follows from statements on the organization’s website.
He will arrive in Russia after a trip to Ukraine, where he met with Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, President Volodymyr Zelensky and the OSCE mission.
Rau discussed with them de-escalation, improving the humanitarian situation of settlements in the conflict zone in Donbass, and measures to achieve peace in the region. In addition, the OSCE representative said that the mission of the organization is facing movement restrictions in the uncontrolled areas of Donbass.

Amid reports of Russian plans to invade Ukraine and Russian demands for security guarantees, a series of international talks have taken place in Moscow in recent weeks.
