Os Lusitanos wins an exciting Amsterdam futsal match against VNS United

Os Lusitanos (West) has defeated VNS United (North) in the Amsterdam futsal clash. In a packed Sports Hall Elzenhagen the score was 2-4 for the team from Amsterdam-West. The atmosphere was hostile at times and the game was also briefly stopped due to the home crowd.

The visitors reached 0-1, but VNS fought back to 1-1. Os Lusitanos (merger club of Lusitanos and LEBO) was not fooled and was leading 1-4 in no time. VNS made it 2-4 before half time, meaning all the goals came in the first half.

Just before the end (five minutes) the match was temporarily stopped. This was due to the shouting of VNS supporters. Despite the strike, the game was completed as normal.

Top three for Lusitanos

With the victory, Os Lusitanos has collected 22 points after 9 games and they are shared third with FCK/De Hommel. VNS United has 19 points and is fifth in the premier indoor football division.
