Orbán’s current ruling party leads the way in Hungarian elections for the time being

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s ruling Fidesz party is ahead of the opposition based on early results in Sunday’s national elections. With almost 58 percent of the vote counted, Fidesz stands at 55.7 percent, against 32.5 percent for an alliance of six opposition parties.
