“Having seen the communication from the Federal Prosecutor’s Office relating to the provision for the conclusion of the

ORBAN concerning the following conduct:
Gift Emmanuel ORBAN, at the time of the events a professional footballer registered for Hellas
Verona FC SpA, in violation of the art. 4, paragraph 1, of the Sports Justice Code, i.e
of the duty made to each subject of the federal system to behave in every relationship
in any case referable to sporting activity in compliance with the principles of loyalty, probity and correctness,
for having, at the end of the Hellas Verona – Milan match on 19 April 2026, valid for the
Serie A championship, as he was preparing to leave the sports facility on board the
own car, leaving the “Masprone” car park, passing through the area adjacent to it
stadium where some supporters of the local team were present, arriving near the gate
wheelwright, approached by a fan, started a violent fight with the latter supporter,
which ended only thanks to the intervention of some present who physically separated the parties,
some moments before the arrival of the Police Force;
− having seen the request for application of the sanction pursuant to art. 126 of the Sports Justice Code,
formulated by the following subject:
Mr. Gift Emmanuel ORBAN;
− having seen the information sent to the Attorney General for Sport;
− having regard to the provision of consent by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office;
− noted that the Federal President did not make any observations regarding the agreement reached
by the parties relating to the application of the following sanction:
€4,500.00 (four thousand five hundred/00) fine for Mr. Gift Emmanuel ORBAN;
the agreement as mentioned above is announced.”
On Orban’s loan fromHoffenheimVerona could exercise a right of redemption set at 8 million. An option, obviously, that was dropped.
