Requests from American television and the Qatari Football Association have led to the special choice to designate the Netherlands against Senegal as the opening match of the World Cup, FIFA informed the KNVB on Saturday. The Orange and the Senegalese will kick off on Monday, November 21 at 11 a.m. (Dutch time) in the Al Thumama Stadium in Doha.
