In South Korea, the opposition leader was stabbed in the neck on Tuesday during a visit to the southern port city of Busan. South Korea’s Yonhap news agency reports that the perpetrator was arrested at the scene and that Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party, was taken to hospital.
