De vakbond Verdi has maandag opgeroepen om in verschillende logistieke centra van webwinkel Amazon in Germany het work neer te leggen. A provision is the “equal pay day” in the International Meeting tomorrow/Tuesday, which means that there are different words for different people in the future.
In Bad Hersfeld, in the center of Germany, the work will be done in the night from Sunday to Monday. It is also active in the Verdeelcentra in Werne, Koblenz and Leipzig. Amazon tells in Germany 17 logistic center, maar het bedrijf verwacht geen large impact van de stakingen.
Amazon also shows that there are no people in front of the factory. “All logistieke medewerkers now earn at least 12 euros gross per hour, plus extra’s.”
