In the context of psychiatric patient law, I went to visit a client in a nursing home. I reported to the desk and said that I am Mrs.’s lawyer and asked which department she was assigned to. The woman behind the counter was very busy; in addition to the counter, she also had to serve the restaurant – and the telephone rang constantly. She made me wait quite a long time and finally arrived with a glass of eggnog with whipped cream.
