Our dog has recently started producing somewhat disturbing gurgling noises; She clearly has stomach problems and keeps giving me pained but mainly reproachful looks. Should you still call the vet? Then I suddenly realize that she probably ate the bird food that I recently spilled while feeding in the garden; could something like that be bad? A quick Google search will provide reassurance.
