“How do you rate this sanitary facility?” asks a sign with three buttons below it: red (poor), yellow (fair) and green (good). The long line gives me plenty of time to observe the cleaning lady. As soon as a urinal is released, she removes the side screens, then the floor under the bin and then the edge of the bin. After every three brushings, she throws the used wipes in the bin next to the sinks. She then routinely hits the green button three times. Then the whole cycle starts again.
