Due to a sore back and suspicions of cartilage breakdown, I have myself measured. I shrunk from 1.66 cm to 1.61 cm. When I discuss my concerns with my doctor, he thinks it is quite a lot. I am advised to have a photo taken. Finally, he says: “Let’s see what comes out in a few weeks, if there’s any left of you.”
