Opening of the Gigafactory in Brandenburg – a new benchmark

It’s one of the few projects where the power of opportunity prevails. Two and a half years after the announcement and after less than two years of construction (in Corona times), the Tesla plant actually starts.

In this federal state, in which almost all “lighthouse projects” ended in disaster, which only burned taxpayers’ money instead of creating jobs.

Without putting aside justified criticism in terms of environmental protection and the relevant official standards in Germany, this success was only possible because the company worked seriously with the investor and opened up opportunities for him that usually seem impossible.

The Tesla case should be the benchmark for all future major projects. This is the only way we can keep up economically with other locations in Europe.
