The major oil-producing countries united in the OPEC+ alliance are meeting today in the Austrian capital Vienna to discuss production. OPEC+, led by Saudi Arabia and Russia, is expected to cut production in November in order to prop up oil prices. This may involve a production reduction of more than a million barrels (of 159 liters) per day.
