One of those classic New York buildings on the Upper West Side of Manhattan (the imaginary Arconia), a brutal murder, three tenants who do not know each otherbut who soon discover they share a passion for true crime (stories that tell true crime events from the past). And they begin to investigate the crime by building a “real time” podcast around it.
The mechanism of Only Murders in the Building is captivating precisely because of this “meta” naturein which media languages become the pretext and architrave of the entire narration.

Charles Hayden-Savage (an actor in decline, who became famous years earlier for his role in a detective series), Oliver Putnam (an almost failed director with big financial problems) and Mabel Mora (a young girl with a mysterious past) are the protagonists of an anomalous trio who, investigating the initial murder, he gradually discovers the secrets that the building hides.
Available in three seasons (the third is released weekly), the series has all the aspects of black comedywith a pressing pace between irony, grotesque and a dose of mystery, with a truly biting, refined and sophisticated writing.
For those who love noir comedies with a short format and brilliant writing.
