If the unit of 100 is used as a reference, it is because this figure is the maximum offered by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation in its reports on broadband coverage in Spain. The last available is from 2021 and uses the 2020 cadastre.

According to data from the aforementioned ministry, there are seven municipalities with a percentage of between 50 and 70% of their homes that have this access, which are Adamuz, Alcaracejos, Cardeña, Iznájar, Montoro, Villanueva del Rey and Villaviciosa.
