Only 13% of risk patients in Belgium vaccinated against pneumococci: “Seven out of ten cases are avoidable”

Despite clear recommendations from the High Health Council and the availability of effective vaccines, only 13 percent of Belgian risk patients appear to have been vaccinated against pneumococci. This is reported by the Pfizer Farma company, based on recent data from the International Research Office IQVIA.
