The bell was given a place on Thursday morning in the Demonstration Depot of Sound & Vision. This is the space that visitors visit during tours. Sound & Sound says it is ‘very happy’ with the new addition to the collection. Van Rossem, who has since said goodbye to the program, used this bell from the first broadcast that he was in his chair as a jury member.
Paulien Cornelisse does not have a jury
Van Rossem himself was not present when the bell was placed in a display cabinet. Van Rossem will be succeeded this fall as a jury member by Paulien Cornelisse. When asked, KRO-NCRV announces that she will not use a bell in its new position.
