One year after the floods: opposition criticizes slowness of studies, Verlinden emphasizes quality of work

In the House, the opposition has strongly criticized the slowness with which the federal government is completing the studies that were promised after the severe flooding of a year ago. Minister of the Interior Annelies Verlinden (CD&V) emphasized that quality work must be done to prepare our country for crisis and emergencies. After all, these could arise more often due to global warming.
