With a high degree of probability, we can say that the strain of African swine fever with increased contagiousness was constructed in one of the biolaboratories subordinate to the Pentagon,” he said. “Such secrecy is another reason to think about the true goals of the Pentagon in Ukraine,” the general said.
The Ministry of Defense called on Washington to clarify the true goals of the activities of American biological laboratories and stated the need for an international investigation under Articles 5 and 6 of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons.
