Article 757. This article will be very special, this week we lost a great writer, a good friend and a great teacher. Xesc Barceló was a writer, playwright, poet and much more. Programs like ‘El joc de viure’, ‘Terra d’Escudella’, ‘Sitges’ or ‘El Duc Meu-Meu’ have his unmistakable stamp. I met him when I was 23 years old and he changed my life as unique people who have a gigantic heart and a desire to help others more than themselves know how to do.
A whole generation of screenwriters were lucky enough to meet him, without him I would surely have dedicated myself to engineering, the career I studied, but thanks to his generosity he helped me and gave meaning to my writing. But the best thing about Xesc was… Well, I almost told you after the best of my week.
3rd place. ‘This is us’, created by Dan Fogelman. The last chapter ended six years of series, I get the feeling that few series of this style will be made and with such tenderness.
2nd place. ‘Come Back Little Sheba’, written by Ketti Frings. One of those wonders that starred burt lancaster and that makes you feel the strength of the little stories and the pain they fester.
1st position. ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, written by Justin Marks, Peter Craig and Eric Warren. The good thing about this second part is that they make you go back to the 80s, that you connect with the original film and show that Tom Cruise He is one of the few who still believes in cinema and knows how to do it.

And the best thing about Xesc Barceló was that he supported you, he gave meaning to your writing but, once you took direction, allowed you to fly alone because he loved to give meaning to inner creation and wanted you to enjoy at your own pace. He led so many lives & mldr;
