What is One Number Technology?

With One Number Technology, you can make/answer calls and use the internet via your smart watch without needing your smartphone’s Bluetooth connection.

Single Number Technology allows you to use your voice and internet usage rights in your Türk Telekom postpaid mobile line tariffs and packages on your paired smart watch.


How can I register and use One Number Technology?

You can complete your subscription by following the steps below.

Authorization

Authorization is required for line users who want to benefit from Single Number Technology. The Company Representative can request authorization for line users by contacting the Corporate Customer Representative or calling our call center at 444 5 444. After the relevant definitions, users can perform activation operations.

Activation Steps

Authorized line users can complete the activation process and start using by following the steps below.

  • One Number Technology subscription is only available via iPhone. Go to the watch application from the settings menu on the iPhone, enter the “Watch” tab and select “Cellular Settings” on this screen.
  • On the screen that opens; Enter your mobile phone number and one-time password. If successful, you will be automatically directed to the next screen.
  • After clicking Continue on the previous screen, One Number Technology detail and fee information will be displayed. Click on the buy button.
  • After clicking Buy on the previous screen, the Transaction summary page opens where you can view the details of the service fee and tax you will pay monthly. On this page, select the “I have read and approve the Preliminary Information Form” option at the bottom and click on “Complete the Transaction”.
  • The result confirmation screen indicating that the request has been received is displayed. You can see the cellular status on your smart watch shortly after the service confirmation message arrives.


Can I use One Number Technology with any tariff?

Single Number Technology can be used if your Postpaid Line tariff on your phone includes both minute and internet benefits.

NOTE: Tariffs that do not include minutes and internet benefits cannot benefit from Single Number Technology.


Is One Number Technology renewed every month?

Yes, Single Number Technology is renewed unless you cancel your appropriate tariff and Single Number Technology on your phone line.


Can I use it on more than one line?

No, One Number Technology can only be used with 1 phone pairing for 1 hour.


Is the service valid abroad?

No.


How to Cancel?

You can cancel Single Number Technology via your phone or call center.

Cancellation Steps

1. Single Number cancellation is done via your iPhone. Go to the Watch app on iPhone, enter the “Watch” tab and select “Set Cellular”.

2. Select your active Türk Telekom account under the cellular plan.

3. In the menu that opens, click Manage Türk Telekom Account.

4. Click “Cancel” on the page that opens.

5. Select Confirm on the transaction confirmation screen that will open next.

6. You will be shown a result screen confirming that your request has been received. In a short time, “One Number Technology” will be canceled on the smart watch.

Also; You can cancel your One Number Technology cancellation from 444 5 444 Customer Services.

They must cancel the authorization process by contacting the Company Representative, Corporate Customer Representative or by calling our call center at 444 5 444 to prevent repeat transactions through the relevant lines.


Can I use One Number Technology again after cancellation?

Yes, you can use the service by subscribing again.

If you re-subscribe, new subscription taxes will be reflected on your first invoice.


Will One Number Technology membership continue in case of Number Change, Transfer, Payment Type Change (from Postpaid to Postpaid), Number Portion, Temporary Line Closure and Line Cancellation?

No, it does not, your One Number Service subscription will expire. Transfer, payment type change and Number Portal transactions must be canceled in order to prevent fees from continuing to be reflected.


If I make a change in the tariff of my postpaid line, will One Number Technology be cancelled?

In order to switch to a tariff that is not suitable for the service, Single Number Technology must first be canceled.

If the tariff you will switch to is compatible with One Number Technology, you can automatically switch to the tariff you request.
