One million views on TikTok for grave cleaning

Ona (18) and Léon (16) Berteloot started a while ago with White Butterfly, that’s the name of their company. With this they maintain the graves on behalf of their customers. They go every month for a cleaning. The customers receive a before and after photo and they can also pass on the favorite music of the deceased. They then play that music while cleaning.

Also active outside Tielt

Léon: “We post very regularly on Facebook and Instagram, and we recently started TikTok. We quickly saw that our videos were catching on because two videos reached more than 40,000 views. And this week one went viral with over 1 million views. We did not expect this ourselves, but we are very happy that we can also increase our brand awareness there.”

Ona: “It all started in Tielt because we wanted to help other people with our services in addition to our grandmother, but we apparently found a gap in the market. In the meantime, we are already active in other regions such as Ghent, Bruges, Beernem, etc. Depending on the demand, we decide to start up in cities for which applications are received.”
