One beat the others in Iltalehti’s big grill sausage test: “There’s a lot of flavor now”

We tested eleven meaty barbecue sausages and found an overwhelming winner. Clear differences were found between the sausages in both taste and texture. It’s that time of the year again when Finns dig their grills out of winter storage. Sausage is the favorite of grillers this summer as well, thanks to its simplicity and tradition. We put eleven traditional, meaty grilled sausages to the test. In this test, traditional means that no special spices or cheeses have been used in the sausage. The meat content of all sausages selected for the test was at least 75 percent.
