Remco Evenepoel is almost pain-free again after hard days: ‘After my fall I could barely stand on the pedals’
Belgian cyclist Remco Evenepoel experienced a few difficult days in the Vuelta after his fall in Thursday’s stage, but the leader in the general classification says he is ready for the final week. “I hardly have any pain anymore, hopefully that will continue in the coming days”, said Evenepoel on the last day of rest.
