Freÿr bij Dinant opens its doors, or its rocks, for the second Belgium Highline Festival. Music is not involved, for concentration. Because it is a festival for tightrope walkers, balance artists, equilibrists, tens of meters above the Meuse. They call it ‘Highlining’ themselves.
