On is expanding into Austria. The Swiss sporting goods provider is planning its first store in Vienna. The opening is scheduled for summer 2026, the company confirmed to FashionUnited. The industry magazine Textilwirtschaft had previously reported on the expansion.
Specifically, the opening is planned on Neubaugasse, a street where brands such as the eyewear brand Viu and the Hennes & Mauritz labels Cos and & Other Stories are already represented.
On currently seems to be on an expansion course. The brand opened its first store in the Netherlands last December. Before the Amsterdam store, On had 10 stores in Europe, according to its website. The company operates a total of 67 stores.
