The spatial implementation plan on which the Ventilus project is based appears to be holding up. Municipalities, companies and citizens filed a total of 25 proceedings with the Council of State, but the auditor recommends rejecting them all. This is what the Krant van West-Vlaanderen writes and has been confirmed to us by the office of Environment Minister Jo Brouns.
