Naked Energy, an energy supplier that did not survive 2021 as a result of the sharply increased electricity and gas prices, will definitively lose its license today. That fate befell a number of other suppliers, but there was more movement in the market. On balance, seven fewer companies had a license at the end of 2021 than at the beginning of the year, according to research by NU.nl based on data from regulator ACM.
