It is not clear what the exact nature of the threat is. It was previously announced that the Ladies of Soul singer is suspected of open assault and assault premeditated.
Glennis will appear in court on October 26 in Amsterdam. The incident took place on February 12 in a supermarket in Amsterdam. The public prosecutor has decided to summon a total of seven people for the violence in the Jumbo.
In addition to Glennis, it concerns two 20-year-old men and two 15-year-old boys from Amsterdam, a 27-year-old man from Purmerend and a 50-year-old man from Loenen aan de Vecht. The two minors must appear in juvenile court on October 27, 2022.
e-cigarette
Glennis was arrested in April along with her 15-year-old son and a friend of the family in the Jumbo supermarket on Westerstraat in Amsterdam. The son is said to have been violently kicked out of the store earlier in the evening after he took a puff on an e-cigarette inside, which falls under the smoking ban.
Glennis returned to the supermarket later in the evening with a group of acquaintances to address the employees involved. A fight ensued.
The singer has in April in a video on Instagram apologized before the incident.
