Utrecht – The Public Prosecution Service is closing the criminal case against the man who was arrested during a police action on the A2 because of a threatening situation around crime reporter John van den Heuvel. In retrospect, the man was wrongly suspected of preparing serious criminal offences, the Public Prosecution Service concluded.
