OM demands four years for failed robbery of Monet painting from Zaans Museum

The Public Prosecution Service (OM) demanded four years in prison at the court in Alkmaar on Tuesday against 49-year-old Amsterdammer Henk B. He is suspected of the theft of a painting by Claude Monet from the Zaans Museum in Zaandam on August 15 last year. The robbery failed due to the intervention of bystanders.
