Glasner, who has been without a club since separating from the SGE in the summer of 2023, signed a contract in south London until 2026 in mid-February. He is the successor to the 76-year-old Roy Hodgson, who also resigned from his position due to health problems. “I find a team that I think will keep up with it. The team was used to having two days off a week and we eliminated one day off. In Glasner’s first game, Crystal Palace celebrated a 3-0 win against newly promoted Burnley last weekend. This Saturday his team has to play against fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur. The Spurs are a team that, alongside Liverpool, play the highest pressing game in the league and defend incredibly aggressively. “We want to act courageously and have the confidence to use these spaces again and again in order to score goals and win the game.”
