Bobi, the world’s oldest dog according to the Guinness Book of World Records, celebrated his 31st birthday last Saturday in Portugal. Owner Leonel Costa, who is only a few years older than his Portuguese pedigree dog, honored the elderly Bobi with a party to which the whole village was invited.
