Olcay Gulsen is silent on viewership drama, one more episode to go

Olcay Gulsen doesn’t mince words about her huge ratings failure Do I Have What About You? on Net5. The penultimate episode was also a huge flop yesterday.

It’s been a huge failure from the very first episode: the TV show Have Ik Wat Van Je Aan? with Olcay Gulsen. The program in which a different famous woman is dressed every episode also scored poorly yesterday. The episode with Heleen van Royen did not exceed 116 thousand viewers and a market share of 2.4 percent.

Olcay is silent

In the first six episodes, the main guests were Maxime Meiland (90 thousand viewers), Bridget Maasland (129 thousand), Daphne Deckers (154 thousand), Irene Schouten (250 thousand), Anna Nooshin (134 thousand) and Lucille Werner (89 thousand). . The last episode can be seen next week, with Giovanca Ostiana as a guest.

All these scores make one thing clear: the program is a complete no-brainer. It is striking that Olcay does not waste words at all about this failure. She doesn’t even announce the episodes through her own Instagram page. And that while her TV interview with Özcan Akyol, tonight on NPO 2, is a very post dedicates.

Drama night

Viewing figures expert Tina Nijkamp sympathizes with Net5. “For Net5, the drama is greatest on Wednesday evenings. Olcay, as it is called in TV land, only scores as much as twice a full football stadium. However, the program that I am most surprised about that it scores so poorly this TV season is Grenzeloos Verliefd,” she says.

Borderless Love can be seen after Olcay and yesterday attracted 86 thousand viewers (2 percent). “Was always a fixed value for Net5, but now scores below 100 thousand viewers. How is that possible? Really very weird. The Dutch Net5 Wednesday is a drama anyway. The program after that scores even worse: 15 thousand (!) viewers for K3-Kathleen.”

What is the solution? “Next TV season may be better for Net5 to program Dutch titles on Thursdays, just like before.”

Eyeballs at #1

The NPO 1 series Oogappels took gold on prime time yesterday with a score of just over 1 million viewers (21 percent). Immediately afterwards, Hands aan de Incubator reached only 516 thousand viewers (12 percent), a halving of the number of viewers.

The other most viewed titles on prime time were RTL 4’s I Can See Your Voice (742 thousand and 16 percent), NPO 2’s Neuwsuur (607 thousand and 14 percent), SBS 6’s Steenrijk Straatarm (596 thousand and 13 percent) and SBS 6’s Today. Inside (585 thousand and 14 percent).
