Olaf Lindenbergh and Jaap de Groot in De Kick-off about transfer madness: “Let the competition start later”

The Kick-off is back on TV at NH Sport! At 5.10 pm you can watch the first episode of the new season. Guests are sports journalist Jaap de Groot and Olaf Lindenbergh, former football player of AZ, Ajax and FC Volendam. In this broadcast, the death of goalkeeper Jan Jongbloed is discussed, a completely new team of FC De Aftrap is formed and the guests give their vision of all transfers that take place at the very last moment.

As of next week there is a new game in De Kick-off for which you can register: Kratje Trap. Reporter Erik-Jan Brinkman travels through the province with his camera along all kinds of amateur clubs.

A team consisting of three players dressed in club uniform must shoot fifteen balls into the goal within 2.5 minutes. The balls are scattered in the penalty area. Each goal is worth three points. In addition, there are four crates hanging in the goal. An Ajax, AZ, FC Volendam and Telstar crate. A direct hit on this gives extra points.

Only there is a maarrrrr… The three players are stuck together with tape and therefore do everything together. In addition, each team spins a wheel of handicaps prior to the game. That doesn’t make scoring any easier. Ultimately, the number of points earned determines your place in the ranking. After every eight weeks there is a winner who wins a ball signed by the guests of De Aftrap and is assured of a place in the final.
