Galatasaray defeated Fatih Karagümrük away in the 12th week of the Super League. Coach Okan Buruk made statements after the fight.
Here are Buruk’s words;
“Today the start of the match was the opposite of last week. We started very sluggish. It is very difficult to play in this stadium. I also played as a football player.”
“We could have done better in the game after the red card. We couldn’t get clear positions in the first half. We couldn’t evaluate the positions we entered in the second half. It could have been different.”
“We have two canceled goals, I don’t know why they were cancelled, we will look at them.”
“Emre Taşdemir never played a match, but the pace of training allowed us to put it on the field. It was good in general. We say ‘Welcome’ to him. Juan Mata also scored a goal, that was also important.”
“There has been a change of coach in Beşiktaş. It is a very important match for both teams. Our goal is to go to the break by winning. We want to approach the teams above in points.”
“We have a large team and we try to use everyone with the right to change. We have high expectations from Barış Alper, he knows he is giving 50% of it yet. We are trying to give time to all players and evaluate them.”
“Beşiktaş has a good squad. I would like to convey my best wishes to Şenol Güneş. Ümraniyespor matches will guide us in competitor analysis. We will come out and play in a way worthy of the derby. We want to create energy with the fans and put on a good game.”
