In the third game week of the Dota Dreamleague, OG clearly defeated the opponents of Gaimin Gladiators with a score of 2:0.
OG secures a place at the top of the table alongside Tundra Esports, while Gladiators falls into the lower midfield.
“The Major in Stockholm was a great experience, I really enjoyed it. Winning made it even better,” said OG’s offlaner Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf in the post-game interview. The 17-year-old Jordanian and his peer Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov are the youngest Dota Major winners.
Dota Pro Circuit: Bad Location for Gaimin Gladiators
Gaimin Gladitators had good chances in the first game of the series until the middle of the game, but then they quickly fell behind. In the second game, the squad hardly had a chance from the start and lost with 30:6 eliminations.
After beating Gladiators, OG has a good chance of winning the Western European Dota Pro Circuit League for a second year in a row. Only Tundra Esports has a better starting position with a score of 3:0. Gladiators slips into lower midfield with Team Secret and Goonsquad.
Alliance again in danger of relegation
Only for Alliance does the table look even worse. After a 0:2 against Team Liquid, the newly promoted team is in last place. The squad led by Nikolay “Nikobaby” Nikolov has not won a single game so far.
