A distressing case of animal neglect in the Netherlands. During a check at a home in Rotterdam, the police found a dog that was in terrible condition. The animal was in such bad condition that he was rushed to the animal hospital. Unfortunately, there was little they could do for him. The dog received another injection later that evening. But first, officers gave the poor animal a nice last supper.
