Officer who leaked information about Lil Kleine gets 150 hours of community service | show

The officer who leaked information about Lil Kleine last year when he was in prison was sentenced by the court in Amsterdam on Thursday to 150 hours of community service, fifty of which were suspended, and one day in prison. In the eyes of the court, Michael B. (22) was guilty of breaching his duty of confidentiality, in addition to two sex offenses.

Jorik Scholten, as Lil Kleine is really called, was detained at the police headquarters in Amsterdam in February last year on suspicion of assault. B. would have heard his colleagues talking about the artist at the time. Namely that he did not want to eat, had to cry and repeatedly asked to be allowed to smoke. He shared this via social media, after which it ended up on a juice channel. He confessed that he was the one who leaked the info.

According to the court, he also tried to incite a 12-year-old girl to lewd acts and sent her a dick pic. That was in 2020, when B. was already working for the police. He himself did not want to explain anything about this.

The Public Prosecution Service previously demanded that B. be given a prison sentence of four months, two of which were conditional.
