Objection against mega barn in Langemark: 4,178 extra pigs

The location of the company from Lochristi in Langemark now has a permit for 4,750 pigs. The permanent deputation provided a license for 4,178 extra pigs, which amounts to a doubling of the number of animals. According to the West Flemish Environmental Federation, this goes against the nitrogen agreement and the manure action plan.
