The US aircraft manufacturer Boeing once again delivered fewer passenger and cargo jets in August than in previous months.
This time, a total of 35 aircraft found their way to customers, according to Boeing’s monthly statistics published on Tuesday. The manufacturer delivered 43 aircraft in July and 60 in June, after having to temporarily interrupt deliveries of its 737 Max series in April due to production defects. Meanwhile, the group received orders for 45 new aircraft, although there were two cancellations.
On the NYSE, Boeing shares temporarily lost 0.14 percent to $210.72 on Tuesday.
