Former nurse Erin Falati made an incriminating statement against the 58-year-old actor on the 13th day of Johnny Depp’s trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Her notes read that the 36-year-old actress had “bright red blood in the center of the lower lip” after (according to Heard) an argument with Depp.
