Finland’s under-20 national ice hockey team started the World Cup held in Gothenburg with a loss against Canada. Now, on Wednesday, they face a lighter team than Germany, which has not managed to beat Finland even once at this level.
The teams have met six times in the World Cup. Most recently, Finland won 5–2 in the 2022 “summer games”.
The head coach Lauri Mikkola has made small changes to the composition with his teams. Continuing with the goal can be considered a somewhat surprising solution Niklas Kokko19, and also used the bench yesterday Noa Vali18, doesn’t get a chance.
The quadrilateral has been shaped so that Max Koskipirtti replace the one who started as the 13th striker yesterday Tommi Männistön with places. Otherwise, the pitches are the same.
The match starts at 15:30. Discovery+ and the TV5 channel will show the match live.
