Number of unemployed people in our country is historically low: “But companies are sounding the alarm”

Good news from the labor market: the number of unemployed in Belgium in November was historically low at 272,664. According to labor market expert Jan Denys (Randstad), the unemployment rate has never been lower than it is now in the past half century. How did that happen? Are there regional differences? And why is this not good news for employers?
