The Swedish denim brand Nudie Jeans is now launching in Hamburg, after opening stores in Berlin and Munich that offer free jeans repairs. The ‘Repair Shop’ in the Hanseatic city will also serve as a hub for a community around conscious consumption, Nudie Jeans announced on Tuesday.
In a store area of 48 square meters, the brand will now offer the opportunity to have Nudie Jeans models repaired free of charge, regardless of when and where the product was purchased. A selection of the current women’s and men’s collection is also offered.
“We started this journey in the small city of Gothenburg, not just to make jeans, but to make a difference,” said Martin Gustafsson, Chief Creative Officer of Nudie Jeans. “We don’t just sew denim here, we create a community that cares.”
The ‘Repair Shop’ can be visited from mid-April at Poststrasse 39 in Hamburg’s Hanseatic Quarter.
