Good news for lovers of affordable makeup. Something is happening again in the Finnish cosmetics market.
The make-up products of Milan-based Kiko are praised for their good value for money. The brand has its own fans, who are used to dragging their favorite make-up from their trips abroad from Central and Southern Europe, where Kiko stores can be seen in abundance on the street.
From February 10, the brand’s make-up will be available in selected Stockmann department stores and online stores in Finland.
Kiko
Kiko is especially known for its lipsticks and makeup products with rich pigment, reasonable prices and frequently changing special collections. Make-up fans are especially fond of the brand’s lip glosses and lipsticks. The prices of Kiko’s lip products are usually around 10–15 euros.

Kiko’s prices correspond to market cosmetics prices. Prices typically range between 10 and 20 euros on both sides. The selection also includes really cheap make-up products.
For example, one of the brand’s most popular products is Smart Fusion Lipstick, which costs less than 5 euros. It has collected almost 600 customer reviews in the brand’s online store, most of which are glowing about the product and give it either four or five stars.
An almost equally popular product of the same Smart Fusion make-up series is the lip liner, which costs only 3.99 euros and whose price-quality ratio is praised by many in their customer reviews.

Kiko was founded in 1997 and the brand is especially known for its wide range of shades, which are hundreds. Kiko’s make-up products are manufactured in Europe and 75 percent of them in the brand’s own home country, Italy, which is also the country of manufacture of many other high-quality and luxury cosmetics companies’ products.
A lot has happened in the Finnish cosmetics market in recent years. The choice of consumers and the number of shopping places are growing all the time.
In May 2023, the Swedish cosmetics chain Lyko opened its first store in Helsinki, and later this spring it will open its second brick-and-mortar store in Turku.
One long-awaited cosmetics launch was a year ago in February 2023, when Fenty, Rihanna’s celebrated cosmetics brand, landed in Finland. The Danish Normal chain, known for its inexpensive cosmetic products and household goods, which quickly spread across the country, has revolutionized the consumption of cosmetics in Finland even more.
